The annual EuropeanaTech Conference will be held in the Hague, NL from 10th-12th October with all three days open to onsite participants in the Hague, and two open to follow online. Focussing on ‘Engage, explore and experience’, the programme will cover topics from 3D to enrichment, from natural language processing to linked data. It will explore how technology can facilitate participation with cultural heritage and build rich, interactive and immersive experiences which let people explore, engage and experience the past as never before seen possible. Also in discussion will be active developments around machine learning and AI, and how they present new challenges – and opportunities – for the common European data space for cultural heritage.
