In early 2022, the 4CH Team defined users needs by collecting and analysing experiences and practices implemented in Europe and validated them through a first survey, with the objective of contributing to the design and set of a Competence Centre (CC) for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
For each of these needs, possible pain relievers, intended as products or services that solve problems or help you to achieve an objective, have been identified. Through this questionnaire, 4CH would like to hear your opinion about their importance, to better address future services that the Competence Centre will offer. There are 18 proposed pain relievers which are to be rated from 1-5 in importance with the last question asking which services the Competence Centre should offer for each.
This survey will take about 5-10 minutes and your feedback is very much appreciated.
